The East Breeze collection was born from the story of Croatian women and the innate creativity of designer Tajana Sertić. At the time, Croatian women wore distinctive red cut jackets standing out against the clean white lace of their blouses and aprons. A handful of floral embroideries decorated the bodies of these women. Their headdresses softly covered the back of their heads.

Women from Moslavina, a region of Croatia that includes Zagreb, wore white dresses finely embroidered with typical geometric designs. Ornaments and embroidery decorated the sleeves and skirts of these Croatian dancers who wore coral necklaces.

Taja, fashion designer of her brand Taja Fashionwear’s East Breeze collection, was inspired by this deeply rooted national history and by merging her creativity with history, she created the East Breeze collection.
